Returns/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, indicated on sales receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be accompanied with the original receipt or a gift receipt.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not offer exchange or store credit on products that are CLEARANCE, intimate, some health & personal care as well as gift cards.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are considered (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Returns received by mail/courier (if applicable)
All returns must be accompanied by an RA# (return authorization). You can obtain this by emailing: info@klubhouseforkids.ca
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your in-store credit account or the exchanged item returned to you COD (Collect on Delivery)
Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned and are considered FINAL SALE.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an exchange or in-store gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift is an exchanged item, your item will be shipped to you COD (Collect on Delivery).
Shipping
To return your product for exchange or store credit, you must have an RA#. You should mail your product to: Klubhouse for Kids, 4736 Johnston Rd, Port Alberni BC V9Y 5M3, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the shipping cost will be COD (Collect on Delivery).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
